The clients who wish to make a purchase or a reservation with Air Adrenaline, hereafter referred to as “THE CLIENT”.
1-Object
The present conditions aim to define the reciprocal terms and obligations of the parties, as well as the different stages of the order process.
The present general conditions govern the sale of all products, services or reservations presented on the website www.airadrenaline.fr and the products sold at the Air ADRENALINE reception desk.
The parties agree that their relationship shall be governed exclusively by this contract to the exclusion of all other conditions. The Customer expressly acknowledges having read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale on the website www.airadrenaline.fr.
Any order duly placed with Air ADRENALINE implies total and unreserved acceptance of the present general conditions of sale and, possibly, of the particular or specific conditions for one or more products ordered.
If a condition were to be lacking, it would be considered to be governed by the practices in force in the distance selling sector whose companies are based in France for purchases made on the website www.airadrenaline.fr
2 – Intellectual Property
All texts, comments, illustrations and images reproduced on the website: www.airadrenaline.fr are reserved and are the exclusive property of Air ADRENALINE and its suppliers, and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws for the whole world. Drawings, models, gift vouchers, plans and in general all documents of any kind given or sent by Air Adrenaline to the client are the exclusive property of Air ADRENALINE and its suppliers. Consequently, the elements or documents mentioned above may only be used for strictly private purposes without prior written authorisation from Air ADRENALINE. They may therefore not be executed or reproduced without the express, prior and written authorisation of Air ADRENALINE, nor may they be the subject of any claim to intellectual property rights of any kind whatsoever. The photo and video rights of the performances made during the jumps remain the property of Air ADRENALINE. In this context, the customer is informed that his image is likely to appear on the photos and videos of the site operated by Air ADRENALINE https://www.airadrenaline.fr, on the gift vouchers, leaflets, posters and any possible means of communication. The customer has at all times the right to access and rectify or oppose the personal data concerning him. Simply contact Air ADRENALINE by mail or email.
3-Rates
All our prices include VAT and air transport liability insurance for a tandem skydive.
MONETARY AND FINANCIAL CODE Article L132-2 :
The order or commitment to pay by means of a payment card is irrevocable. Payment may only be stopped in the event of loss, theft or fraudulent use of the card or of data relating to the use of the connections, or in the event of the beneficiary’s receivership or liquidation.
4-Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L. 121-20-4 of the Consumer Code, the provision of accommodation, transport, catering and leisure services which must be provided on a specific date or at a specific time are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Consequently, services booked on the website https:/www.airadrenaline.fr exclusively are subject to the cancellation and modification conditions set out in these general conditions of sale.
5-Invoicing
Air ADRENALINE will issue an invoice for the client for the total amount of the service paid on the day of the jump. The invoice is available on request to the accounting department by e-mail.
6-Interruption of service, risks and hazards of the internet media
Please note that the images on the website:www.airadrenaline.fr are not contractual. In the same way, although the greatest care is taken to update the information on this site, it is possible that certain pages have not been modified in due time, this is not the responsibility of Air ADRENALINE and cannot engage its liability. Unless you advise us otherwise, Air ADRENALINE remains the owner of the images taken during your jump and reserves the right to use these images.
7-Video/photo option
The video report is strictly for private use and may not be used for commercial or advertising purposes without the consent of Air ADRENALINE.
The video performance is carried out under extreme conditions and technical problems may prevent it from being performed during the jump. In this case you will receive a full refund. No action will be taken against Air ADRENALINE for non-performance. The jump will remain due in full.
It is forbidden to take photos or videos during the activity with your camera without the agreement and permission of Air ADRENALINE.
8-Ordering, booking, cancelling, validity
The client interested in a service visible on the website www.airadrenaline.fr follows the following process in order to establish his order:
8-1- THE ORDER: After having made his choice (jumping area, reservation or gift voucher, video service, insurance), the client must place his order by filling in a registration form and validate it by paying the deposit, by paying in several instalments or by paying in full.
ATTENTION: special offers and promotions are not cumulative. If you have a group rate, it will no longer apply if the number of participants changes.
8-2-THE PAYMENT :
No payment by cheque is accepted on the day of the jump.
Payment can be made in cash. Cheques are not accepted due to too many outstanding payments.
It is possible to pay in 2/3/4 times without fees by booking your jump on the website:www.airadrenaline.fr
The full payment for the chosen services must be made at the latest on the day of the jump.
8-3-The appointment :
The customer must make an appointment by telephone by contacting Air ADRENALINE
on: +33(0)6 64 45 56 81.
8-4-The jump :
The order is only taken into account after payment of a deposit. The deposit is 60€uros per person (except full payment for a gift voucher) and is cashed when ordering.
It is advisable to plan to devote half a day or even a full day to the realization of the tandem parachute jump, the time slot communicated being purely indicative.
The tandem pilot or the person in charge of the jump session reserves the right to refuse a passenger who he/she deems unsuitable for the jump (alcoholism, use of illegal substances, overweight, heavy build, height, other…).
Gift vouchers are not refundable, but can be transferred if necessary, provided that the name of the new beneficiary has been communicated to Air ADRENALINE before the appointment is made.
If the client is not present on the day of the jump and at the set time, the ticket or booking will be considered consumed.
The beneficiary is solely responsible for the use of his/her gift voucher or reservation. In the event of loss or theft, the amount paid cannot be reimbursed and the service cannot be provided.
The jumper must present his/her gift voucher or reservation.
8-5-CANCELLATION:
In case of absence of the tandem passenger on the day of the appointment and at the appointed time, the amount of the reservation or the totality of the sums paid will be considered as having been consumed.

8-6-Weather
Air ADRENALINE reserves the right to cancel a jump due to bad weather conditions, technical problems, insufficient safety or any other case of absolute necessity. This cancellation can take place just before take-off or during the flight. In this case, Air ADRENALINE will not be liable for any travel or accommodation expenses incurred by customers to reach the place of take-off and the tickets will remain valid during their validity period. In this case, the deposit, the balance paid on the day of the jump, the options subscribed on the day of the jump or at the time of the order, are retained and the reservation will remain valid for the duration of the validity of the order. It is up to the customer to make a new appointment in order to make the jump within this period of validity.
8-7-Changing the venue or time :
The service provider may be obliged to modify an essential element of the programme (schedule, duration of the service, place of execution, etc.) due to circumstances for which we are not responsible, for meteorological reasons, reasons inspired by the general interest, constraints linked to the supervisory authority (DGAC), unavailability of aircraft and aerodrome managers or the safety of the participants Under no circumstances can AIR ADRENALINE be held responsible for this.
8-8-VALIDITY :
Gift vouchers and bookings are valid for one year from the date of the order. After this period, the sums paid remain the property of Air ADRENALINE. If the validity date is exceeded, an extension is possible for the sum of 80 €uros if it is subscribed before the end of the validity date and at the rate in force on the day of the jump. ATTENTION: only one extension is possible.
11-Insurance
Insurances included
– Air ADRENALINE parachuting works with service providers who respect the regulatory and safety conditions related to their activity. They have basic Personal Injury and Third Party Liability cover and therefore undertake to compensate the client through these insurances alone.
The client is informed that in the event of a claim, the jumping professional has taken out an insurance policy customary in such matters. This covers up to the mandatory European standards.
Supplementary insurances
– It is up to the client who considers that the level of cover offered in relation to the activity practised is too low, to take out additional cover.
-NO WORRIES insurance
Price 60 euros, Insurance valid only with the simultaneous purchase of a gift voucher that allows you to :
- Cancel your jump booking up to the last minute, for any reason whatsoever
- Reschedule your booking to another date
- Extend the validity of your voucher by 6 months, i.e. a validity of 18 months instead of 12 months from the date of the order.
-Extension of the validity period of 6 months is to be taken before the end of the validity of the gift voucher against the sum of 80 €uros.
12-Minors
Minors must provide a signed authorisation from both parents. They must be accompanied by one of them or, failing that, by an adult with delegated parental authority.
13-Refusal of jumping
If the tandem passenger refuses to jump when already on board the aircraft or before boarding, no refund can be claimed from Air ADRENALINE.
14-Health
For a tandem skydive with a professional skydiver, the medical certificate is mandatory with Air ADRENALINE.
Do not hesitate to contact your family doctor and ask for a medical certificate of “no contraindication to the practice of a tandem jump”.
You must be in good physical and mental health, not suffer from any infection or illness contra-indicated to the realization of this type of jump, not suffer from recurrent dislocation of the shoulder, joint problems of the lower limbs, spine, cardiac, pulmonary, respiratory or ENT problems, loss of consciousness, epilepsy, not have made a dive in the last 48 hours and for women not being pregnant The consumption of alcohol or the use of drugs is forbidden in the 12 hours preceding the jump.
Any person who has consumed alcohol or illegal substances prior to a jump will be refused access to the aircraft, in which case the amount paid will remain due and non-refundable
The skydiver or his/her legal representative accepts that the practice of skydiving generates strong sensations and may involve physical risks.
For safety reasons, the weight of the jumper must not exceed 90 kg dressed for men and 80 kg dressed for women. For the safety of the tandem duo, in the event that this weight is exceeded (control possible on site), depending on the morphology and tonicity of the jumper, the instructor in charge of the jump reserves the right to cancel the jump. In this case, and in case of deliberate concealment of the weight at the time of registration, the jump shall be deemed to have been made and full payment of the jump price shall remain due.
15-Election of residence
“Air Adrénaline” declares to have its registered office at the following address:
60 rue de la gespe 65360 Arcizac-Adour.
16-REFUNDS/CLAIMS
No reimbursement will be made in the event of a professional transfer, examination, pregnancy, moving house, illness of a relative, or failure to appear on the day of the appointment.
Any activity that is interrupted or abbreviated or any activity that is not consumed due to the client or beneficiary for any reason whatsoever will not give rise to any refund.
Any complaint must be made by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within 7 days from the date of the jump.
Only complaints made in accordance with the provisions of this article shall be taken into account.
Any complaint relating to a service must be sent to us by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, within the mandatory period of 10 days after the date of return, accompanied by supporting documents, to the following address Air ADRENALINE 60 rue de la gespe 65360 Arcizac-Adour. After this period, no claim can be taken into consideration.
Any commercial refund granted by Air ADRENALINE of the agreed amounts will be subject to a 25% rebate for administration costs.
Any request made in accordance with the terms of this article shall be refunded within a maximum of 30 days.
17-LITIGATION
In the event of litigation or persistent dispute, the Commercial Court of TARBES (place of the registered office of Air ADRENALINE) will be seized.
